I have not received my testing kit

Due to unprecedented demand for testing kits, our fulfilment centre temporarily ran of stock. We have now resolved a short-term backlog which delayed some customers receiving their kits, and all valid UK orders have now been fulfilled.

If you have not yet received your kit, it should arrive within 1-2 business days. If your kit does not arrive within this timeframe, please email contact@dantelabs.com with your customer ID so that our team can check your order status.

If you have received your kit but no longer require it to travel, please email contact@dantelabs.com and we will respond accordingly.
