What is Dante Labs’ refund policy?

Dante Labs can process a refund up to 14 days after purchase if the sample has not been received by our lab. Refunds will appear on the card used to purchase your Dante Labs Test or Dante Labs gift code.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: model cancellation form
The model cancellation form as set out in Part B of Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134). This form can be used in relation to distance and off-premises contracts for the supply of goods or services.
