Dante Labs has been contacted directly by a small number of customers who have experienced problems with completing their passenger locator form via the UK Government portal gov.uk. The form must be completed as a condition of entry to the UK due to ongoing Covid-19 travel restrictions.

It has come to our attention that a handful of customers were given an incorrect alphanumeric code to submit via the passenger locator form. We apologise for this error and take full responsibility for any issues it may have caused. We have now identified the cause and believe the error to be fixed.

If you have been unable to complete your passenger locator form due to an incorrect alphanumeric code, please do not hesitate to contact us on contact@dantelabs.com so that we can address this immediately. We appreciate the tight timescales associated with international travel, so we will treat this as an urgent query.

This issue is unrelated to a recent, brief interruption in the supply of our sample collection kits, which has since been resolved. We would like to apologise once again to all adversely affected customers.
