Dante Labs is approved by the Department of Health and Social Care to provide all major Covid-19 tests. We have completed over three million tests since June 2020. Our rapid turnaround time and competitive pricing means that we are among the most in-demand testing providers in the UK.
However, as we respond to the latest government guidance, we have faced a number of challenges which have negatively impacted customer experience. We apologise for this and want to assure our customers we are working around the clock to resolve outstanding issues.

We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours of ordering. If you specified a shipping date, we will prepare and send your order before so that it will arrive on the specified date.
No. All orders for day 2 / 8 tests must be separate.
Please return your sample by placing it in the Royal Mail postbox prior to 9am the day before you need your results.

All samples must be registered at the following link : https://dantelabs.co.uk/pages/register-your-covid-19-test-kit . The barcode you need to register is located on the side of the collection tube. Do not register any other barcodes, such as those found on the bag, or the return shipping label. All kits must be registered prior to returning them to the lab.
Try to register from a computer rather than your phone. Make sure that the 'camera permission' is turned on. We recommend using Google Chrome.
Once the sample arrives to our lab, we provide results within 24 hours.
It is possible that you did not properly register your sample, and therefore we could not send the results to you. The proper registration of all samples is a requirement for testing.
