I am having trouble registering my testing kit
The barcode on the test tube in your testing kit needs to be scanned by a smartphone or other device as per the instructions included with the kit. It has come to our attention that some customers have been scanning the barcode on the bag provided or the return shipping label. Scanning either of these will produce an incorrect code.
If your code is not scanned correctly, you may not receive your test result as we will not be able to associate your sample with your customer ID.
